Idea #3: Job Interview Reviews
Imagine … a website in which you can read up what other peoples, experiences were at their job interview.
Example: Today you are applying for a job at Google in USA as a Key Account Manager. You look up the website and can choose the country (USA), the company (Google) and the position (Key Account Manager). What you should be able to find is other job candidates reviews on what they experienced when they went for the interview (months/years before) at the same company, in the same country possibly also for the same position….
There are already so many websites out there with reviews, but apparently nobody has yet thought of something like this in terms of job interview experiences…... A candidate could really have an edge in gaining insider information and being well prepared. Also companies would try to make a good impression, otherwise they would know that people could easily put negative comments on the web and that could make a difference in terms of reputation but also on their bottom line.
